Everglades Tree Island

This particular Tree Island runs North and South and is slightly larger then 2 acres. This Tree island is composed of mainly Willow, Pond Apple, Wax Myrtle, and a few species of ferns. Not much wildlife is evident, besides insects, Blue Tailed Skinks, Green Anole, and the occational bird. The water depth of the head, which is the high point of the island, is approximately 18cm. The surrounding water level is approximately 58 cm.
